Masashi Mizobuchi – Guitar
Masashi Mizobuchi studied guitar with the late Toyofumi Naoe. In 1986, he won the Grand Prix at the Guitar Music Competition, and in the same year continued his studies with José Luis González in Alcoy, Spain.
His musical activities extend well beyond the classical guitar solo repertoire, encompassing chamber music with flute and violin, collaborations with actors in literary readings, and projects that cross musical genres. He is also a member of the bossa nova duo Duo Sonorosso with trombone and the ensemble Dupont et Dupont with singer Wasaburo.
Alongside his performing career, Mizobuchi is a dedicated teacher who has guided many students to prize-winning success in national competitions.
