Participation Fee
¥7,500
(This fee is treated as a sponsorship contribution.)
Seating
All seats are non-reserved (free seating).
However, if a large number of participants is expected and smoother admission is required, seats may be allocated in order of the admission numbers printed on the tickets.

Reduced Fees / Special Arrangements
U25 (Under 25 years old, proof required, including elementary to high school students)
- There may be a limited number of free invitation slots, supported by donations.
Please inquire by email.
Participants aged 25 and under
- Discounted fee: ¥3,500
- Please indicate this when applying by email.
Elementary / Junior High / High School students living in Fushimi Ward
or attending schools located in Fushimi Ward
- Please state your school name, grade, and address when applying.
Accompanying students (elementary–high school)
Please include details (date of birth, school name, etc.) in the remarks section.
Proof will be required.
May participate for ¥500
How to Apply (Simple 2-Step Process)
Step 1: Send an Email Application
Please email fushimievent2026@gmail.com with the following information:
①Full name (with phonetic reading, if possible)
②Number of tickets requested
③Postal code
④Address
⑤A phone number where you can be reached
(mobile phone recommended; SMS-capable preferred)
Additional information (if applicable):
・Students: school name and grade
・Participants under 25: date of birth
if elementary–high school students attend without a guardian,
please submit applications individually.
Step 2: Confirmation & Payment
Seats are limited.
We will reply by email to inform you whether your reservation can be accepted.
- If accepted, we will send you the payment amount and bank transfer details.
- After confirming payment, we will send your admission ticket.
Note:
Tickets for students attending alone and U25 discounted tickets
will be collected at the reception desk on the event day
(please bring proof of age).
Important Notes on Payment & Cancellations
- The participation fee is considered a sponsorship contribution.
- No refunds will be issued, even if you are unable to attend.
- This event prioritizes participation over profit.
- If you must cancel at short notice, your seat may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
Refunds are not possible, but please contact us to discuss the situation.
For Overseas Visitors / Travelers to Japan
For participants visiting Japan or without access to Japanese bank transfers:
- Advance reservation by email is required.
- Your reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a reply from us.
- Please be sure to provide:
- A valid email address
- A phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
👉 Payment may be made in cash (Japanese yen only) at the reception desk on the day of the event,
by prior arrangement through email.
Inviting Someone on Your Behalf
If you are unable to attend but would like to offer a free invitation to someone else,
please mention this when applying.
(Application deadline: December 31, 2025)
After the New Year, we will invite young participants (under 25) who wish to attend,
and offer them these tickets.
We hope to create a meaningful exchange, such as a message of thanks,
so that the spirit of the invitation is shared.
